Guanyu Zhou: French GP clash with Schumacher 'compromised both of our races'

Alfa Romeo's Guanyu Zhou blames "a technical issue" for his retirement from the 2022 Formula 1 French Grand Prix, and says that his clash with Haas' Mick Schumacher "compromised both of our races" at Circuit Paul Ricard.
